STR PRO SERVICES was built in short-term rentals, where details matter and standards can't slip.
That environment taught us that good cleaning isn't simply about whether a task was technically completed. What exactly happens during the clean? Who defines the standard? Who checks the work? What happens when something is missed? What happens when your regular cleaner is unavailable?
