Our cleaners are expected to communicate well, follow documented cleaning standards, pay attention to the details others may overlook, and take responsibility for the quality of their work. Every cleaner must also successfully complete our screening and background-check requirements before working independently in client homes.

We provide the systems, expectations, feedback, years of extensive cleaning knowledge, and support behind the service. In return, we look for people who are reliable, receptive to feedback, willing to improve, and comfortable being accountable for the results they deliver.
