Routine Maintenance
For well-maintained homes or customers working within a budget. Focused on what has accumulated since the last cleaning—loose dust and debris, routine wiping, vacuuming, and mopping. Existing stuck-on buildup, residue, and additional detailing are excluded or limited by the time available.STR PRO Standard - Recommended
For customers who want the level of cleaning we recommend based on our experience. Includes Routine Maintenance plus additional labor for ordinary buildup, finer details, and commonly overlooked areas. This gives your cleaner time to address things like shower glass, or other areas where additional attention will make the biggest difference. STR PRO Standard is not a Deep Clean; extensive buildup or restoration may require Deep Cleaning.One-Time or Recurring Service
Choose a one-time cleaning, or ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service based on your needs. Recurring service helps maintain results while reducing the need for more intensive cleaning over time.
